Sports Performance Training

F.A.S.T. Sports Performance Training will offer strength training, agility training, jump training, and training to prepare the athlete for the sport of their choice. If you or your athletes are looking for a place to get in shape for everyday life or for the sport of their choice, you will want to be at F.A.S.T. Our goal is to make sure your needs are met and you leave feeling good about the workout you just completed.

Vince Gilreath is our Sports Performance Manager. Vince’s resume includes a lot of professional athletes, and working with college and high school athletes in their sport of choice. Vince understands what it takes to work out and stay in shape, because you want to be the best athlete you can be every time the athletes step on the field or court. Vince’s goals are for you to get into shape, maintain, and stay healthy. Vince works with volleyball, basketball, baseball, football, cross country, track, soccer athletes and those of us that just want to get into or stay in shape!


GROUP PACKAGES – F.A.S.T. Complex Group Packages
Six to Ten athletes – 1 hour training

1. 25 Sessions – $350.00, $14.00 per session, Deposit – $150.00
2. 20 Sessions – $300.00, $15.00 per session, Deposit – $150.00
3. 15 Sessions – $250.00, $16.66 per session, Deposit – $150.00
4. 10 Sessions – $200.00, $20.00 per session, Deposit – $100.00
5. Houston Juniors Player Package – $225.00, Deposit – $125.00


1. $10.00 a month with a one year contract, or $20.00 a month
with a fitness plan designed by trainer.
2. $15.00 a month with a 6 month contract, or $25.00 a month
with a fitness plan designed by trainer.
