Our training philosophy at FAST Complex is to make sure all athletes are taught to love the game of volleyball through instruction, repetition, feedback and fun!  We communicate with each player in order to help with the basic fundamentals and more advanced skills of volleyball.  Repetition is key. When training the skills needed, we believe in high number of touches the athlete receives to master the sport.  We provide lots of feedback.  A player’s development is enhanced when coaches provide positive reinforcement.  We, at FAST Complex, provide all these things in a fun and safe environment.

Training Options

Below is a breakdown of the types of training we offer to all ages and experience levels.


Grades: kinder-4th

Youth Training

Everything in this age range is rooted in fostering a love for the game while building basic technical skills through FUNdamentals.  While using a lighter ball, smaller court and lower nets, our training develops agility, hand eye coordination, body movement and ball control work through all the skills of the game. Team play is incorporated with motor learning and skill development. Ideal for young beginners.

Grades: 5th-8th

Junior High Training

The focal point is to continue to develop agility, hand eye coordination and court movement, in addition to individual skill development. We will also introduce more of the 6 vs 6 game situations. This is a great way to sharpen skills or prepare for school or club volleyball.

High School Training

We continue to focus on skill development within the athletes position.  In addition, athletes will work on team systems (offensive & defensive) in both small groups and 6 vs 6 game situations.

Division 1 College Camp

This camp offers top level training for the ELITE volleyball player who is preparing for club postseason and/or High School pre-season. This camp is open to ANY and all entrants, limited only by age, number, and/or grade level.

This camp will feature current Division 1 College Coaches and their ideas on training the different skills of volleyball. Here is your chance to work directly with the college coaches to enhance your all-around game and prepare yourself to play at the highest level possible.
